Payment

Where payment by credit card is required; payment must be confirmed by our credit card provider before any advertisement is published live on our website.

Once your job is posted to our web site advertising copy changes are only available during normal working hours [Singapore] excluding holiday periods.

Conditions

Work Offshore do not allow companies that charge applicants a fee to advertise on our web site: job applications that require payment of fees by applicants are specifically prohibited; we reserve the right to delete any such advertisement at our discretion with no refund available.

Our company advertising policy is to specifically prohibit money making schemes: e.g. matrix, multi-level marketing, paid-for-surveys, home mailing, secret shopper services all such ads placed on our website will be deleted without refund.

Only one single job vacancy may be posted per advertisement; we reserve the right to limit advertising to companies, direct-hire companies and agencies.

Work Offshore has strict privacy and confidentiality agreement with candidates; we reserve the right to limit access to their resumes, searching of our database other than by members of our staff is not available.

Contact will be made by Work Offshore with the best candidates that match your vacancy via e-mail: candidates will be instructed to contact your company direct should they be interested in your vacancy.

Your company contact e-mail and phone number are hidden as standard; companies who wish to have applicants apply direct have the choice of placing their e-mail and phone contact details in the job description or be redirected their website.

Companies may use our online application system free of charge: candidates receive automatic confirmation of their online application on our website for your job vacancy.

Companies may use the online application area in the job post form to redirect applicants direct to their own to company web site; this feature is included at no cost.

Work Offshore reserves the right to withdraw without notice to the Advertiser (at the option of Work Offshore) any advertisement that may be in breach of any clause of this agreement or of any law or regulation.

Work Offshore also reserves the right to terminate this agreement if the Advertiser posts any advertisement that may be in breach of any law or regulation.

Further, Work Offshore reserves the right to, in its absolute discretion, reject or remove any advertisement from the Site for any reason.

Advertisers must ensure that copy for advertisements posted to Work Offshore website are posted to the appropriate category; errors and omissions are the sole responsibility of the Advertiser,  the onus is on Advertisers to ensure that they familiarise themselves with the advertising requirements to ensure appropriate placement of advertisements.

Advertisers agree that Work Offshore retains all intellectual property rights to all online recruitment services provided to you by Work Offshore.

Advertisers acknowledge and agree that Work Offshore acts as a medium through which individuals apply for employment opportunities and that Work Offshore does not vet nor is it responsible for vetting job candidates.
